Meet Billie Hieatt
Upper Cumberland FCA
Administrative Assistant
Billie is passionate about serving others and helping students and families discover their God-given potential. Through years in education, teaching multiple grade levels, including college, Billie has had the opportunity to impact lives across several Tennessee counties and now feels especially blessed to serve in the Upper Cumberland, the place she proudly calls home.
With an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Special Education from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University, Billie brings both experience and heart to her work. Whether in the classroom or in the community, her desire is simple: to help others feel valued, successful, and loved.
A verse that continually encourages Billie is Isaiah 40:8: “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” This truth keeps her grounded and focused on what matters most, living out her faith in a way that reflects Christ’s love to others.
She lives in Putnam County with their husband, Robert. Together, they are grateful for a beautiful family, including grown children, six precious grandchildren, and their loyal Beagle, Sparky.
In both life and ministry, Billie strives to lead with integrity, believing that doing the right thing the first time and treating others better than you wish to be treated creates a lasting impact. She considers it a privilege and honor to serve through Fellowship of Christian Athletes in a way that reflects Christ’s love and walk alongside others in faith, encouragement, and purpose.
If you’d like to pray for Billie, please pray for continued wisdom, strength, and opportunities to share the love of Christ with every student, family, and community she encounters. Pray that she leads with a servant’s heart, following the example of Jesus with humility, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve others above herself. Pray that she would be guided in every decision, show patience in every interaction, and be strengthened in every season. Pray that her life and leadership always reflect God’s love, encouraging and uplifting those around her, while staying grounded in His truth!
